What to expect

Initial Meeting and Design Phase

We are a design and build company and we will take responsibility for the whole project, start to finish. We use 3D modelling software and animation to prepare your unique design to your specification.

We can include accurately sized people and furniture to give a sense of scale and kitchen layouts to assist in better understanding what the design will achieve. Just let us know what you are after and we will do the rest.

Planning Permission and Building Regulations

Some forms of house extensions will not require planning permission or can be submitted under a simplified application scheme. Others may require full planning permission. Either way, we have a Chartered Town Planner on our staff to assist with ensuring that the application progresses as smoothly as possible.

Most construction projects then require Building Regulations Approval, sometimes with structural or thermal calculations and in some cases a Building Over Agreement where sewers are within 3 meters of the build. Our projects team handle all of the above ensuring that you have all of the legal permissions in place for the build - which are always important in the future if you ever come around to selling the property.

Finishing

Kitchen installations, bathroom design and build, feature lighting, tilling and flooring -  we will get it all done to your specification.
